- Total planned shows: 85 across 34 cities in 23 countries, running through March 2027
- Cumulative revenue (as of late June 2026): roughly $204 million (about ₩315.8 billion), according to Billboard Boxscore
- Cumulative attendance (Europe leg alone): 717,000 fans across 10 shows in five cities
- Biggest single-show crowd of BTS's career: 92,000 fans per night in Paris

April: Where It All Began
The tour opened with a three-night residency at Goyang Stadium (April 9, 11, 12), which drew a combined 133,032 fans and generated roughly ₩27.5 billion (about $18.6 million) in ticket revenue alone, according to KOPIS, South Korea's official live-performance box office tracker. Add in Weverse livestream viewership — reportedly around 4 million viewers on Day 2 — and the Goyang leg's total economic footprint has been estimated at more than $200 million once streaming and cinema broadcasts are factored in.
From there, the group flew to Japan for two sold-out nights at the legendary Tokyo Dome (April 17–18), pulling in about $18.6 million, before heading to the United States for a three-night run at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa (April 25, 26, 28) that grossed roughly $40.7 million from around 194,000 tickets — instantly becoming one of the best-selling single-venue engagements of BTS's career.
By the end of April, Billboard reported BTS had already grossed $124 million over just eight shows, officially placing ARIRANG atop the Billboard Boxscore "Top Tours" chart for the month — beating out acts like Kanye West, Bruce Springsteen, and Luke Combs.
May: Records Start Falling
May is where the tour truly exploded. BTS added stops in Mexico City, Stanford, and Las Vegas, and the numbers were staggering:
- Estadio GNP Seguros (Mexico City): six shows, 372,000 attendees, $50.2 million in revenue — the top-grossing venue engagement anywhere in the world that month
- Allegiant Stadium (Las Vegas): a four-night residency drew 246,000 fans and grossed $49.5 million, a jump of 38% in revenue and 23% in attendance compared to BTS's own 2022 Vegas run
- Monthly total: BTS grossed $127.8 million in May alone — the highest monthly gross by a group in Billboard Boxscore history, surpassing the Rolling Stones' previous record of $95 million (set in August 2019) by roughly 35%
By mid-May, cumulative tour figures had already crossed $124 million in gross revenue and 660,000 tickets sold. Pollstar's LIVE75 chart also ranked BTS the No. 2 touring act in the world for the week of May 22, trailing only country star Luke Combs — but out-earning him per-show, averaging roughly $10.74 million in gross revenue across 13 shows with a perfect 100% sell-out rate.
June: Homecoming and the European Launch
June brought BTS back to Busan Asiad Stadium for a homecoming leg before the group launched the European portion of the tour in Madrid (June 26–27). By June 29, Billboard confirmed the tour's cumulative revenue had reached $204 million, with more than 60 shows still remaining on the calendar — and projected that ARIRANG would eventually surpass BTS's own Love Yourself World Tour ($213.9 million), which had stood as the group's biggest tour ever.
July: The European Leg Wraps in Historic Fashion
July saw BTS complete a five-city European sweep — Madrid, Brussels, London, Munich, and Paris — with two shows in each city.
London delivered a major milestone on its own: BTS drew 130,000 fans across two sold-out nights at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, marking their first full-group UK performance in seven years and evoking memories of their historic 2019 Wembley run.
But the real headline came in Paris. On July 17 and 18, BTS closed out the European leg with two sold-out shows at Stade de France — and shattered their own attendance record in the process:
- 92,000 fans per night, for a combined 184,000 attendees across two shows — the largest single-venue crowd of BTS's career
- The stadium's official capacity is 80,000; floor and standing sections pushed the total past 92,000
- French President Emmanuel Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron attended the July 17 show, later posting a congratulatory message on Instagram
- It marked BTS's first Paris performance since their 2019 "Love Yourself: Speak Yourself" run at the same venue — Suga noted the crowd was roughly double what it had been seven years earlier
Across the full European leg, BigHit Music confirmed BTS drew 717,000 total attendees across 10 shows in five cities — an extraordinary number for a five-stop regional leg.
An Unprecedented World Cup Cameo
Just one day after wrapping Europe, BTS flew to the United States for another historic first: performing at the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final halftime show on July 19 at MetLife Stadium (rebranded "New York New Jersey Stadium" for the tournament) — the very first halftime show ever held at a World Cup final in the tournament's 96-year history.
- BTS performed an 11-minute set, including their 2020 hit "Dynamite," as part of a lineup that also featured Madonna, Justin Bieber, and Shakira (with Burna Boy)
- The show closed with a group finale of "We Dance," an original Coldplay-penned track performed alongside Chris Martin, the New York Philharmonic, conductor Gustavo Dudamel, and Staten Island's PS22 Chorus
- The performance was produced by Global Citizen, supporting the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund's $100 million fundraising goal for global education access
- An estimated 50,000 fans also gathered at a World Cup Final watch party on Central Park's Great Lawn in New York
HYBE's Best Quarter Ever
The business results caught up with the hype on July 28, when HYBE reported its best quarter in company history:
- Q2 2026 revenue: ₩1.45 trillion, up 105.5% year-over-year
- Operating profit: ₩170.9 billion, up 159.3%, reversing a Q1 loss
- Concert revenue: up 243.3%, driven almost entirely by the ARIRANG tour
- Recorded music revenue: up 43% to ₩326.8 billion (~$224.3 million), led by the ARIRANG album
- The ARIRANG album was the No. 1 best-selling vinyl and CD release in the U.S. for the first half of 2026, moving 567,000 CD copies according to Luminate's Midyear Report
- Weverse, HYBE's fan platform, hit a record 14.43 million monthly active users
Where Does ARIRANG Rank Historically?
Taken together, the numbers put ARIRANG in territory few tours ever reach:
- Multiple industry trackers project the tour will ultimately surpass $500 million in gross ticket revenue and draw as many as 3 million attendees by the time it wraps in March 2027
- Some broader economic-impact estimates — factoring in merchandise (fans reportedly spend an average of $80 per show on merch alone) — put the tour's total footprint as high as $1.5–1.6 billion
- If BTS reaches its projected 6 million tickets sold, ARIRANG would land among the top 10 highest-attended tours of all time, in the company of tours from Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, Harry Styles, and Bruce Springsteen
- The tour has already topped Billboard's "Top Tours" chart four separate times — April, May, and now consecutive months into summer — a feat BTS previously accomplished only in May 2019 and April 2022
What's Next: The Road to Asia and Australia
With Europe and the World Cup cameo behind them, BTS heads to North America in August before pivoting to Asia and Oceania for a massive late-2026/early-2027 run:
| City | Venue | Dates |
|---|---|---|
| Kaohsiung, Taiwan | Kaohsiung National Stadium | Nov 19, 21, 22, 2026 |
| Bangkok, Thailand | Rajamangala National Stadium | Dec 3, 5, 6, 2026 |
| Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia | TM Stadium Nasional | Dec 12–13, 2026 |
| Singapore | National Stadium | Dec 17, 19, 20, 22, 2026 |
| Jakarta, Indonesia | Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium | Dec 26, 27, 29, 2026 |
| Melbourne, Australia | Marvel Stadium | Feb 12–13, 2027 |
| Sydney, Australia | Accor Stadium | Feb 20–21, 2027 |
| Hong Kong | Kai Tak Stadium | Mar 4, 6, 7, 2027 |
| Bulacan, Philippines | Philippine Sports Stadium | Mar 13, 14, 16, 2027 |
Given the pace of the tour so far — record attendance in nearly every city, four monthly chart-toppers on Billboard, and a Q2 that reshaped HYBE's entire fiscal year — ARMYs across Asia and Australia have every reason to expect these final legs to be just as historic.
As July closes, one thing is clear: seven years, a hiatus, and mandatory military service haven't slowed BTS down one bit. If anything, ARIRANG is shaping up to be the biggest chapter yet.
