Get ready, ARMY — the countdown is on! Big news has just dropped from the BTS camp as the group officially announced the upcoming military discharge of RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, marking a major step toward their long-awaited reunion.

๐ A Special Festa Reunion
The timing couldn’t be more perfect. The four members’ discharges align closely with BTS Festa 2025, the annual celebration commemorating the group’s debut on June 13, 2013. This year’s festivities will carry extra emotional weight, as it marks the first full-group Festa since 2022.
With Jin and j-hope already discharged earlier in 2024, and currently pursuing solo projects and tours, fans have been eagerly anticipating the return of all seven members. Now, with three more set to re-enter civilian life this year and next, the full BTS reunion is finally within reach.
๐ No Public Events Planned
As per the official statement:
“Each location has very limited space, and overcrowding can pose safety risks. We place the safety of our artists and fans as our top priority, and sincerely request our fans not to visit the sites in person.”
This means there will be no public events or gatherings at the discharge locations, a decision made to ensure the well-being of both the members and ARMYs. Instead, fans are encouraged to send their love and support from afar — through messages, online campaigns, and heartfelt thoughts.
๐ฌ From the Company: Thank You, ARMY
The message from BTS' agency also included a sincere note of gratitude:
“We are always grateful for your unwavering love and support for RM, Jimin, V and Jung Kook. Our company will continue to put our utmost effort into supporting our artists.”
Indeed, the strength of ARMY’s support throughout this hiatus has been a source of encouragement for the members. Their dedication to completing their duties with grace and humility has only deepened the bond between the group and their global fanbase.
๐งฉ What Comes Next?
Once all members complete their service, BTS plans to reunite as a full group and resume music activities together. While exact release dates aren't confirmed yet, fans can expect:
- New music releases starting in late 2025
- Possibly a world tour in 2026
- Collaborative content, live streams, and surprise drops along the way
Even during their individual services, the members have continued to drop occasional solo tracks, behind-the-scenes updates, and messages to fans — keeping the spirit of BTS alive and strong.
๐งก A Message to ARMY
To all the loyal ARMYs around the world — your patience, love, and creativity have helped keep the flame burning bright while the boys served their time apart. As they prepare to come home one by one, remember:
