BTS - Humble Beginnings

BTS, short for Bangtan Sonyeondan, is a seven-member South Korean boy band that has become one of the biggest musical acts in the world today. The group, consisting of RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, made their debut on June 13, 2013, under the record label Big Hit Entertainment.

BTS was formed in 2010 by Big Hit Entertainment's CEO, Bang Si-hyuk. The company's goal was to create a new kind of K-pop group that would focus on music that would resonate with young people around the world. BTS's music is known for its socially conscious lyrics, which often address issues such as mental health, bullying, and youth empowerment.

The group's first few years were not easy. BTS struggled to gain popularity in the highly competitive K-pop industry, and their debut single "No More Dream" received mixed reviews. However, the group was determined to succeed, and they continued to release music and perform in front of small crowds.

Their big break came in 2015 with the release of their third mini-album, "The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 1." The album, which included the hit single "I Need U," was a commercial success and helped BTS gain a large following in South Korea and around the world.

From there, BTS's popularity exploded. Their next few albums, including "The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 2," "Wings," and "Love Yourself: Her," all topped the charts in Korea and other countries. BTS became the first K-pop group to perform at the American Music Awards, and their music videos began racking up millions of views on YouTube.

One of the reasons for BTS's success is their close relationship with their fans, known as the ARMY. BTS has always been open about their struggles and their journey to success, and their fans have responded by supporting the group in everything they do. BTS has also used their platform to speak out on social issues, such as mental health, and to promote positive messages of self-love and acceptance.

Today, BTS is one of the biggest musical acts in the world. They have won numerous awards, broken countless records, and have even been named one of Time magazine's 100 most influential people. Their music has touched the lives of millions of people around the world, and their message of positivity and empowerment continues to inspire fans of all ages
